A day out for the family!

Do we like beer?? Yes, we do! Do kids like lots of space and farm animals??? Yes, they do! Do we all love live music and some atmosphere? Yes, we do! Terella Brewing has all this and more. Combine this with a trip to nearby Eumundi Markets. It is the perfect family day out, especially when the weather is good, giving you ample seating options inside and out. Taking a picnic blanket or camping chair is a good idea if you would like to be on the grass. Otherwise, enjoy a seat close to the action in the industrial-style taproom.

The circle of life

This unique must-do sustainable brewery lies in the rural setting of North Arm, on 69 acres of farmland. Most businesses spruik about sustainability these days, but not many operate quite like this. Terella Brewing runs alongside a Verticle Farm, which provides the by-product of water to the brewery, which is used to create their ale. The fermentation process produces CO2, which gets re-injected back into the farm and thus serves each other in a masterful circle of life and sustainability! So you can see why they named the brewery Terella, which means β€œLittle Earth”. They are at peace with the land and their surroundings.

Kids are entertained!

Satisfying everyone in the family is often hard, but there’s always something for kids to see here with a petting farm. They can book to feed animals on Saturday and Sunday mornings or check them out through the fence. Some animals include pigs, ducks, chickens, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, sheep and goats. The large grassy area outside the brewery means kids can ride bikes, kick balls, play frisbee or run free. But, of course, all this entertainment for the kids means that the adults get to sit back with a drink and chill out for a change!
